How long does delivery take?

As all PCs are built to order, they are often completed and dispatched about 3 to 4 days after an order is placed. Delivery then usually takes between 1 to 2 days. So, expect your new rig to arrive at your doorstep within 4 days to 1 week.

What is our returns policy?

As we value our customers' experiences above everything, if one does not like the PC that they purchased, they are able to return it and receive a full refund as long as it reaches us up to 7 days after it arrived at their stated delivery address. Do we offer warranty?

All of our PCs come with full labour warranty for up to 2 years after they were purchased. Aside from this, each individual part is also subject to their own manufacturer's warranties, which are often around 2 years long as well. Please contact us at support@polarworks.com for more information.

What is different about the R series?

As opposed to our New series, which features completely new parts, all PCs in the R series have all new parts aside from a refurbished CPU and GPU. This helps reduce prices by quite a significant margin, ensuring that our customers get the most performance out of every pound they spend. All refurbished parts are also cleaned by us and tested before installation, guaranteeing that the PC you receive runs just like it's new. Above all of this, using refurbished parts benefits the environment by reusing tech waste that is otherwise incredibly expensive to and hard to recycle or dispose of in a safe and non-harming manner.

How are our PCs protected during delivery?

All of our PCs are packed securely within the original boxes which came with their case. Filler material, usually cardboard shavings, are also inserted inside the PC to cushion any parts within, such as the GPU. All accessories that came with the PC ordered will be packed in a separate box, most often that of the power supply.

Do we have international delivery?

Regrettably, due to us emerging into the market very recently, our setup is still quite small, and we are therefore unable to deliver to other countries outside of the United Kingdom at this point in time. However, in the future, we aim to expand our operations, and we hope to offer international shipping soon.
